Zipari has built a Consumer Experience Platform and CRM solution specifically for health insurance. Its Customer Experience Platform provides deep analytics and real-time recommendations to improve the consumer experience and, in turn, customer satisfaction in the healthcare industry. Zipari’s InsureCX integrates with CRM solutions, providing industry specific workflow management for healthcare companies to improve customer acquisition and retention. It also offers a number of other solutions, including for core-admin replacements, call centre transformation services & self-insured markets.
In 2018, Zipari announced it had entered into a strategic partnership with NASCO. As part of the new alliance, Zipari will work with NASCO to help streamline its operations through a series of omni-channel CX solutions for health plans.
In January 2020 the company secured $22.5m in Series B funding, in a round led by Vertical Venture partners.
