WeGroup NV

WeGroup are a Belgian startup offering a white-labelled virtual assistant, 'Louise', for brokers to help sell and service customers more efficiently. Launched initially in 2017 as an online, peer-to-peer insurance platform for homeowners and renters with a giveback scheme, WeGroup subsequently pivoted in 2019.

WeGroup originally allowed customers to purchase insurance and submit claims via Louise. Now, it offers brokers a way to go digital and truly understand digital customers through features such as risk and needs analysis, product comparison across different providers, service and up-selling, and claims management.

The company raised €400k in debt financing in July 2019, six months after receiving a grant of €350k.

In June 2020 WeGroup partnered with Allianz Belgium, enabling brokers on the Louise platform to access Allianz' P&C products in order to compare premiums and coverages.
