Qlaims is an Insurtech company specialising in the provision of claim solutions. The company offers mobile and cloud based IT solutions to provide more efficient handling of insurance claims.

Founded in 2017 and based in London, Qlaims offers three services: Direct Video Streaming - voice and video streaming software enables Insurers to communicate directly with the claimant via a smart phone or other mobile device. Secondly, Claims Responders, for those claims where an individual on site is required Qlaims offer a national network of independent Qlaims Responders who use their smartphone or other appropriate mobile device to take photos and live stream video. Finally, Qlaims offers 370 professional drone operators nationwide. All Qlaims Drone operators are qualified CAA pilots and are members of the Drone Safe Register.

Qlaims raised £1m in Seed funding, led by West Hill Corporate Finance, in June 2020. It plans to use its new funding to accelerate its video streaming platform and claims advocacy cover.
