DispatchHealth (formerly known as True North Health Navigation) is a provider of mobile, virtual and in-home healthcare. Its goal is to create an integrated, convenient, high touch triage and care delivery solution that extends the capabilities of the patient's care team and provides definitive, quality care in the home while decreasing costs.

DispatchHealth offers urgent in-home care - a medical team can reach customers within 2 hours and can be requested either by patients or medical professionals via an app or phone call. The medical team can deal with a range of issues, including sprains or cuts, and can also run tests and administer IVs.

The company's services are available across 19 cities in the US.

In June 2020, Dispatch Health announced a $135million raise to expand its in-home medical treatment service. 

In May 2023 Virtual care company Included Health partnered with DispatchHealth to connect digital primary care to in-home urgent medical care. The two companies will supplement online care with in-home support to allow for the treatment of complex injuries and illnesses. The intention is to reduce emergency department visits. Virtual visits will be joined up with diagnostics. The partnership will connect Included Health’s primary care clinicians and care team with DispatchHealth’s team of staff.
