Big Health overview

Big Health is a developer of personalised and fully automated behavioural medicine programs.

Designed by leading clinical experts, Big Health's solutions feature cognitive and behavioural techniques. Its solutions include Sleepio, for helping individuals address poor sleep, and Daylight for helping individuals address worry and anxiety.

More than 12 million people across 60+ countries have access to Sleepio and Daylight, with Big Health's clients including Target and Home Deport.

In June 2020 the company raised a $39m Series B, led by Glide Healthcare and Morningside Ventures.

In July 2023  Big Health acquired Limbix, a creator of digital therapeutics for teenage mental health. The transaction expands Big Health’s portfolio of existing products, including Sleepio for insomnia and Daylight along with another adolescent product in development targeting anxiety. SparkRx uses self-guided cognitive behavioural therapy on smartphones, providing skills such as mood tracking and problem-solving. The addition of SparkRx helps address the growing demand for mental healthcare solutions among employers and insurers. More than 300k patients have enrolled in treatment through Big Health’s digital therapeutics.

Big Health has offices in both San Francisco and London.
