In October 2020, Bank of America launched Life Plan, a new digital tool to help clients set and track goals based on their life priorities. Users can select goals across such subjects as finances, health, leisure and giving, and adjust them as life happens. The app offers personalised recommendations as progress is recorded, and users can schedule appointments with the bank for further discussion.
