The company develops digital models that streamline data collection, storage and management. Their personalised services include 360SiteView, a customer-led digital claims reporting and settlement service that allows customers to upload claim data, using video and imagery where possible to explain the loss. 360Retrieve uploads and stores all claim data using the cloud and 360 Claim Services introduces the company's network of partners, WithYouIn5, that provides on-demand response for claim resolution. Additionally the company has expert teams that use 360Globalnet technology to transform drainage, escape of water and subsidence claims results.

In May 2020, 360Globalnet launched 360BrokerLink, which enables brokers to create digital records of policy information to track pending claims and leverage when presenting claim evidence. Processes such as entering data and chasing missing forms and data can be automated to speed up claim lifecycles.

The business is owned by its management and invested in by DXC Technology in the USA, plus a number of insurance investors. 360Globalnet is now being used by major insurers across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
